the only $29 thing is for Plesk control panel license, lol

if people are selling 10mbps servers for $29 has to be a catch.

The catch being you probably have to sign up under their ref codes and can only promote their sites..

I'll stick to paying a fair price for the owners to not fuck around with my sites thank you very much.
