Cars filled the Popeye?s Chicken and Biscuits parking lot and spilled out onto Lake Avenue this afternoon to get the one-day-only deal. When that franchise ran out of chicken, some patrons drove to the Popeye?s in Penfield, which ran out of chicken, too.

they never even planed to fullfil the advertisement; just attract customers and switch

We almost had riots here in Minneapolis because the only Popeye's we have in the whole state is a local franchise, and isn't part of the nationally advertised deal.

haha, i grew up in a pretty rural area. I was a dumb kid and when I was shopping for apartments it was 20 below out. The street was empty and it looked quite. Little did i know once the temp warmed up all hell broke loose

Which do you guys prefer? KFC, Church's or Popeyes? I like Popeyes--specially their spicy chicken. We're lucky enough to have a branch here at Greenhills. I used to eat at Popeyes at least twice a month back when I lived in the States.

All the crappy KFC's around here closed out, only ones left are the ones in the burbs that are friggan built like huge castles and they must be good seeing how much the building most of cost and to maintain it lol.

In the mexican/asian/hindu infested area here, we dont have Popeyes, only Brown's chicken. It's ok, but nothing to get excited about.

Now that's the way to get as many as possible bums on wheels together as fast as fucking possible

Yeah, Popeyes is awesome. I also dug their Jambalaya rice.

Church's is pretty good although it can get boring pretty quickly. Too heavy on the grease though.

Churches chicken is grease condensed to a form that somewhat tastes like chicken.

I ate there(churches) before and the chicken was good actually.
I didn't eat the other stuff but fried chicken is greasy by default no matter who makes it.

Well Popeyes is better than "Captain Dee's" or whatever the fried fish place name is.

I tried that fish in more than one state...no way.
