Talk about GREAT customer service!
 

I'm trying to sign in to a company's website. I try the main login and I get some sort of server error so I tried another login page.

They say something along the lines of:

"Please answer the security question you gave us the answer to before."

Then I see this:

Your security question is: ________________________

Type the answer here: _______________________


Since the security question is blank, I can't answer the question. Refresh the page a couple of times, same thing.

So far they have 2 strikes against them.

So...I look up their phone number which states they are open 24/7. I call and get a recording telling me they are closed for the holiday and please call back 24/7.

What fucking holiday?

April 26 is . . . . Richter Scale Day and National Pretzel Day

If I had to choose, i would say they are celebrating National Pretzel Day... :2 cents:

Dont be dissing my holidays! the Richter Scale Day celebration was so crazy we registered a .02!

I could go for one of those big soft pretzels with spicy mustard.

They're having a pretzel, call back tomorrow. Which coincidently is Tell A Story Day. So please update us with the story... :)

If they're Australian, could have been Anzac Day.

Have you tried another browser going there? Sometimes it's a browser / badly programmed site issue.

The advantage of building a business behind a website is to seem bigger than you really are. All sites are open 24/7 and you can toss a email to customer service... But once you start placing a phone number it is best to hire some 3rd world country to answer.
