I've heard of it but not going to join.

It's what we need but I don't see it happening, too many people in it for a fast buck. :(

Yeah, you are right about that. Capitalism rules in this industry, nothing wrong with that, but it surely needs some "socialism" too. At least for those of us who enjoy the work itself and want to continue. :)
