anyone else try TWITTER and already finished with it?
 

all the recent hype got alot of people interested in seeing what the fuss was about, but I am sure a huge percentage of those people are already done with the site and don't bother going back anymore already

for personal use i have no interest in twitter. microblogging seem like a pretty retarded concept. no room for it outside my facebooking...

yeah.. tried it and got bored in less than 5 minutes.. i really don't see why that site got so popular..??

maybe because the creator is the son of one of the owners of New York Times, and he got free exposicion, and people bought that... but anyway, twitter sucks.. i don't see any sense..

just knowing that hugh jackman and that drunk guy from ironman were publishing their farts on twitter, that alone, tells you that twitter is worth shit...

i beat twitter in about 12 hours, the last boss is kinda a let down

Twitter is great for participating in sub cultures.

I'm a big fan of music, mostly hiphop, but also blues, jazz, soul, classic rock etc.. Just yesterday someone posted a live broadcast of one of my favorite DJ's jrocc just playing records at a studio at 5am.. Dude is legendary, and was J Dilla's DJ. He then introduced me to a UK group from the 80's called Loose Ends, and then after looking for a few of their songs, I came across the Whitburn project, which was really interesting..

I don't sit and read what people write, I just login every once in a while like any other website and see what's goin on

I use it everyday both for biz and personal use. Almost always from my phone and rarely my computer.

if you have niche intrests twitter is awesome

Never used it, but from what I can tell it is full of a whole bunch of people that actually believe anyone out there gives a shit "what they are doing".

They played perfectly into peoples sense of self importance.

i skipped myspace untill last year.

figure i got about 2 years to go b4 i make a twitter.

I don't get Twitter or know how to think outside of boxes.

BUT:

Im using my http://www.twitter.com/theadultbiz account to show other webmasters and sponsors (or basically whoever the fuck finds it interesting enough to follow me) the most interesting threads on gfy. (Biz threads, ok sowwy i mix it a little with some funny ones).

It was basically the only way i could think of using it.
