Mexico Declares Work Stopage as of Friday the 30th of April
 

Banks, Government, and many institutions will NOT be working in an effort to help stop the spread of the Swine Flu.

Some stores will remain open but most of the smaller ones will be closing. The Hotels will be functional but may cut to a skeleton crew for the next week.

Bars will remain open at the owners discretion

It gets worse as you head South. Costa Ricans are about the most lazy least useful people in the entire World.

No shit.. We called Telmex the other day and asked them to send someone out and move the Business phone line.. we pay 150 a month for that fucker, and they said Ok, We will have someone there in August!

August? Are you paying 150 USD or pesos for that shit? I wouldn't spend twenty bucks a month on a communications service that so blatantly failed in the "service" part
