I am there for more than 3 years, first on shared, than on dedicated, no problems with up time and support, only I can tell bad is their control panel, it is confusing sometime.

I have been with Webair for 2 years. No big problems up to now. Plan to host with them for life!

wished i was on their NYC servers instead of Amsterdam.

other then that i don't have an issue with them. however it would be nice to be unlisted from major spam sites that are blocking some of my emails needed for users to activate their account on my site.

I switched to them and put them into my sig.

Same thing for me here. I tried to get those mail providers to unblock me, but I eventually gave up...

Im with them since 2005 and not planning to change.

Have few servers with them for 3 - 4 years already, I love webair !

Have a ded with them, they are pretty good :)

Been with Webair and have had no probs. Good company..

I never heard they had downtimes? I thought they are ok in that department, the only bad thing you hear about them is the email blocking stuff and the horrible support but never anything bad about their uptime.:2 cents::2 cents:

I have been with them for years. Always worked out well and the tech support is outstanding.

I had a lot of downtime with them. Do a search of this board and you'll find plenty of "Webair Sucks" threads. I wouldn't recommend them.

Being with them is like... having a very good sleep :) I mean I don't have to worry that my sites would be down... Yup, no downtime. At least, I have never experienced it. And the support... the support is the best. Webair is definitely the way to go :thumbsup

i have been using them for many years, rock solid uptime , rock solid support. I dont spam , simple sites.

Popular hosts always get flack from 1 or 2 bad apples/complaints because they are popular.

I use most of the big hosts and to be honest they all have about the same uptime. Service is where its at.

I like them. We don't have every server with them, but we use them.

Do yourself a favor and do a search here for threads about Phatservers, Mojo host, and Webair and look to see which has the best feedback :2 cents:

I say that their shared is shit (been there, done that)
others say their dedicated is good (didn't used it)

I've had dedicated with them for 3+ years now. Any issue i have had has been taken care of, over and above what one would expect from a host.

Gerard is a great guy to deal with, efficient, intelligent and knows how to get things done. I've had 3 Hosting companies since 1996 and Webair are the best by miles :thumbsup

I've installed a bunch of scripts for others and if they are on Webair, I never have a problem, thats something you might want to consider

I have in the past when I did adult sites... i didnt have any problems

everyone has issues at some point or another..moving on..

Webair is a good host. I tried several before and was constantly having problems and worrying about downtime, but not with Webair.

I was a customer for about a year. Not a host I'd really recommend. I don't feel that strongly about it, just wouldn't recommend them.
