mOrrI 05-08-2009 02:09 AM

We are small with big egos!!! :D

polish_aristocrat 05-08-2009 02:13 AM

we're definitely very very small.... most people know it, but still don't realize the scale of it

it's funny how some think that we are somehow special in this world... or alone for that matter

if you don't believe in God, then there's NO reason to asssume that we're alone in this world

Word, yo.

I believe there's alien life but not neccesarily like us. I don't believe in flying saucers visiting us.

Zorgman 05-08-2009 03:19 AM

Our gallaxy is just grain of sand on a beach a mile long.

lofasz 05-08-2009 03:19 AM

This is why:

If flying saucers do have been on earth multiple times...

Why havn't anyone contacted us yet ?

Because no Aliens have been on the planet called earth......yet

Click on that link in the first post again and have a GOOD look at the picture and see how VAST space is. Nearest possible planets with ANY kind of life form are lightyears away...

How big is the chance there's a planet close enough to have life that has propulsion that's fast enough to come visit us here and then NOT contact us :winkwink:

Maybe flying saucers exist SOMEWHERE but not here on earth.

voa 05-08-2009 04:38 AM

Yes we are small

DraX 05-08-2009 05:13 AM

By the way - I remember a few years ago, that if you had a computer you could help, NASA or hubble I dont remember to process information for them.

Anyone know what I mean ?

Emil 05-08-2009 05:29 AM

And some people think we're alone in the universe.

Spunky 05-08-2009 05:46 AM

Just a dust speck really

kowalsky 05-08-2009 06:24 AM

Itīs amazing, and itīs even crazier to have to knowledge to know how small we are...

dav3 05-08-2009 06:48 AM

Just think... Every molecule in your body could be a solar system, or even a galaxy, your body being it's own universe.

I was majorly into astronomy when I was younger. In my early 20's I had a 18 inch dobsonian scope that could see moons on jupiter, the asteroid belt, saturns rings plain as day, and the moon with such detail you could see the heat rippling on the light side. Always been fascinated with the night sky and what is beyond it. I love the fact that when you stare into the night you are time traveling, nothing is what it seems, even the light of our own sun is 8 minutes old.

sperbonzo 05-08-2009 07:50 AM

So then you should really watch this Video....

It's amazing to think that if earth crashed into one of these huge planets it would be like throwing a pebble into the ocean.

romeo22 05-08-2009 08:00 AM

those pics shows that we have so small compered with the space.

The probability is much higher that we are visiting ourselves from the future or that we are living in a simulation. :2 cents:

Killswitch - BANNED FOR LIFE 05-08-2009 09:53 AM

You know.. I always find myself in the night summer skies just staring into it for hours...

I love looking at the stars... I don't know how many times I just randomly left a party I was at to go lay down in the grass and stare at the sky...

Fucksakes 05-08-2009 10:07 AM

I grew up in the country where seeing the stars was very visable.. when I was bored or upset I would climb on my parents roof and watch the sky.. would see alot of shooting stars.. could also see northern lights, not very often thou.

michael.kickass 05-08-2009 10:27 AM

Seen it before, it gets better everytime. =)

jakethedog 05-08-2009 10:35 AM

sure made the instance of me shifting my dick across my nuts from one side to the other of my sweaty crotch seem kind of pointless .. hrmm
