Best Place for a Domain Appraisel?

Hey guys,

does anyone know a good reliable place to get domains appraised or evaluated?

I've heard a lot of conflicting opinions and practices on the subject.

Looking for something reliable that can be used to gauge listing prices in a fair way, if such a thing exists.

Much appreciation as always :thumbsup

Also,

if there are any other tools you can use like Google Keyword Tool, or SEOBook powered by word tracker, etc.. to help define any value.

Thanks :upsidedow

Hey Diomed - Moniker can/will appraise your domains!

Your domain name appraisal will be completed by Monte Cahn, Moniker?s CEO/Co-Founder using our custom domain appraisal software, and the largest domain sales and appraisal database on the internet. The appraisal will be based on 17 separate factors including marketability, brand recognition, unique type in traffic, dotValue and comparison with other domain name sales and appraisals.

Hit me up for more information! :winkwink:

Your probably right, but I'm going to get a few domains appraised just for shits n giggles with moniker, there really isn't a better place.

your safest bet is to just look at past auctions and see what domains actually sold for. everyone thinks their domain is better than it is, more valuable than it is and has some retarded idea like "well yeah... but its a great domain for...". if you have the capacity to be honest and realistic with yourself... just search google for domain auction results and look around for similar quality domains.

develop your domains and wait for the market to improve

For premium domains,

DomainConsultant.com

Has no peer. Each analyst must be certifed as 'expert in domain valuation' by industry leader Frank Schilling.

You can always go have some fun with www.estibot.com I would never base much off of it since it can vary widely, but they've greatly improved the accuracy over the last year.
