Russian Invites To ICQ
 

Is it just me or are you guys getting bombarded with Russian ICQ users asking to be added to your ICQ list? I am getting this shit about 10 to 20 times per day! All which seem to be different users. I cannot understand the language so I just continue to block them. However, it is becomeing quite annoying. I do not have in my profile that I speak Russian so I don't know why they continue to send me these messages.

I've got a short ICQ, so I get these so often.
Actually clicked on a few links last week - the dude was / is selling BIN dumps. Incredible and scary.

I also get those but not more then few weekly.

Yeah, I figured it was probably just a bunch of spam. I guess I'll just keep blocking them. Seems worse this week than ever before.

I think I get around 25 of them a week

And I don't have my icq number posted anywhere

yeap I do receive it too 3 to 5 time a day!

Very rarely got them in the past but now receiving dozens of them daily over the past few days.

I have been out for several hours and just came back to what must have been about 20 of them. Block...block....block.....block.......

fuckin russian spammers... spammers and scammers, 99% of spam I get is from russian fuckers :mad:

I'm wondering why this mainly happens on ICQ and Skype, no spam problems on Yahoo or MSN

I have that same problem , I get few inivites a day. I always blocked them :)
