Can I just say that they've been so beyond helpful with this whole stupid mediamaxscript thing :)
They really answer questions so attentively... and do what they can for you.. If all companies had customer service like this.. the world would be a happier place :) :) :) |

Every shift is good too.
There's no, "Oh shit I gotta wait til midnight because the 3rd shift dude is a dick.." or anything. They all rock.. and are all competent... and when you're hacked or there's an issue.. they google right along with you for the fix... Seriously they are perfect for hard working business people who just aren't all that ginormo techie... And I imagine are a DREAM for those who are techie :) |
Yeh it's not often you come across a competent tech that actually has people skills and can provide quality customer support... amazingly they have a full staff of them. I don't know if they breed them from birth or what.

They worked MULTIPLE hours to save me from the multimediascript bullshit .. and I woke up this morning to the upgrade being PERFECT. No issues. He did a SHITLOAD of steps for me.. and I am FOREVER grateful. Seriously. If you are anywhere else.. at least give Phatservers a try for your new projects... and see that none of the people on this thread are full of shit. I guarantee you'll end up moving everything. |

We deal with different hosts every day and we love Phatservers. Besides incredibly FAST tech support, they really know what they are talking about. Mike Wesson, the owner of the company, has been doing server admin for decades. |
