Samples are the best way to go. But on average I get 10-20 pictures done an hour. It really depends on the product Im dealing with. Tattoos... thats a weird subject to get a non sample quote on. Some are hard, some are really easy. I believe Ive seen you advertise your skills of retouching so Im sure you know exactly what I mean.
For example. The set here that the OP gave me had a couple tattoos. One was easy as pie to take off each time, even if it was beside something or at the edge of her skin.
But there was a tattoo under the girls hair. in and our of it in between small pieces of hair. Thats something that I sometimes cannot work around.
