Anyone in Florida? Question for you
Im going down to Orlando this weekend and the weather report calls for thunder storms everyday.
Are these storms like all day long, or re these like little 15 minute storms? Im packing and dont know what to pack according to the weather |

I'm going too. Hope you are wrong. Lastime I went in May it was great. Last February was terrible at Disney. I still have my Disney poncho here in my office.

Hasn't rained for a few weeks, but since yesterday, the afternoon storms are back. They usually last from 30 to 90 minutes.
|
storms are short, i wouldn't worry too much

ya fl thunderstorms are no biggie all day rain in the summer is very rare
|
15 minutes. the weather says that everyday until the end of summer
|
humidity is a monster
|
They usually dont last long. Enjoy them.
|
We're expecting storms up till Friday, but sat and sun should be fine.... BUT that all can chance within 5 minutes
And yeah storms are late afternoon and dont last long at all |
Yeah, don't worry about it. As everyone else has said, the storms here are normally pretty short. Have a great time! :thumbsup

Summertime in Florida...you expect afternoon showers that last only a short time. Keep a poncho handy and you will be fine.
|
Cool place. Enjoy the summer.
|
you cant fly to visit a swamp and expect perfect weather :)
|
Florida summer rain storms = blink your eye and they are gone!
**unless you hit the 1 week during the summer when they don't stop at all |
I can understand wanting to know if it will be hot or cold out as that would
make a difference in the clothes that you would pack but what the hell difference does it make if it's going to rain a bit. What would you pack a poncho and some waders :winkwink: |
it only rains for 30 mins aday
