I want to start 2 paysites. Advice?
 
I have enough content to start 2 paysites, one gay one shemale (videosets and photosets, all shot in Brazil). Iīm looking for advice on what I need to do to get up and running. I donīt have much experience with internet marketing and would need designs, SEO etc.

I agree a decent marketing budget is quite essential...

Also a completely newbie in the biz, just proceed with caution. Much better to make well-thought out decisions than rash ones. As with all industries, there are definitely the good guys out there, and the dip-shits. Sometimes they're hard to discern. Best of luck!

Before you start, get a very good idea on each aspect of program management. Content is just the beginning. You'll need design, marketing, cc processing affiliate support, customer support and the list goes on.
