Craigslist Changes Escort Services --> Adult Services
 
So as you all know, the change is complete.

As a result of this action, the directory has drastically improved the quality of the listings.

For those who were concerned, the CL Escort Scraper (see sig), has been updated with the latest change in CL, and is successfully able to extract data.

As for all future changes in CL, those will be updated accordingly to the code, and full support will be provided for the year.

The old /ers/, escort listing directory will be removed in 7 days according to CL blog. You can optionally choose to extract data from this category while it lasts, as well as from the new Adult Services directory.

Please refer to below thread in my signature for further questions and concerns.

They did this themselves. They still will allow the hookers to keep posting. They just will block any obvious spam, get verifications on the people posting, block certain photo types, and of course collect $10/$5 per post.
