Don't forget to put the clip in the gun before you use it!

Oh yea, and nasty fucking pizza. McD should be eradicated from this planet.

Calico Jack 05-15-2009 01:35 AM

Hahaha, thank God we never had that here in Australia. Funny you should mention it though as I was reading this just the other day:

those pics in the o.p. are not the real Mcdonald's Pizza, the real one's were just a regular basic pizza with 1 or 2 toppings, they weren't that bad, but they weren't great either :2 cents:

I'm pretty sure they still sell it at the Rock N Roll McDonalds here in Chicago. If any of you come to Chicago, you need to check it out. It's a museum/restaurant. The only McDonalds I know that has leather chairs and flat screens on the wall.

Sarah_Jayne 05-15-2009 05:31 AM

Actual home made cheeseburger type pizza can be nice. So could chicken pizza. That looks beyond gross.

StuartD 05-15-2009 05:34 AM

Yeah, McD's pizzas (the real ones) were cooked in less than 5 mins in those super ovens.
I can't imagine how much money they must have spent on developing, much less making, shipping and powering those ovens only to scrap the whole thing shortly after.

seeandsee 05-15-2009 05:42 AM

i won't eat that

candyflip 05-15-2009 05:43 AM

Was anyone else's area in the test market for their Pasta line, where they actually came and served it to you at the table?

I couldn't have been more than 10 at the time, so I'm guessing mid 80's.

I make a white pizza with butter, olive oil, garlic, pepper, ricotta and mozzerella cheese with grilled shrimp that is amazing.

I don't remember McDonalds pizza. How long ago did they offer that?

That sounds very yummy. :)

I had a McDonalds down the road from where I grew up and they were on of the "beta" store for the pizza. I want to say that would have been sometime arouns the early 90's.

Okay, that sounds really good.

In my last year of high school, they put a pizza vending machine in my school. It was being test marketed and was an interesting idea. The having to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up was more than most people wanted to do. The school only allowed it to operate in after school activity hours.

CIVMatt 05-15-2009 05:52 AM

Don't they still have it in Canada?

StaceyJo 05-15-2009 05:54 AM

McDonalds has regional menu items that differ from place to place. In Hong Kong they had Borscht (sp?) the beat soup you know.

We had a pizza hut cart with personal size pizzas at my high school. They were already hot and pretty tasty. I think they were like 2 or 3 bucks. And a deli which was pretty cool too.

My wife and I went out to a nice dinner last weekend and we looked around us and noticed that everyone was huge. Not that my wife and I are thin. My wife said that it was mostly because our portions have nearly doubled.

Sure enough, I didn't finish half of my meal and took it home with me, and I had it for lunch the following day.

The problem isn't that we are lazy. It's that we are eating twice as much food as we need to.
