Hello,

Does anyone know of any php software or scripts that are like PHPmotion? A youtube clone....that allow adult content..I was going to use PHPmotion but they do not allow adult content..But is it 100% open source and free...?

just curious on the legality of the phpmotion TOS, would something like that stand up in court if one did use the script on an adult site?

the wording is ambiguous, for one thing, saying "pornographic in nature", which is pretty open to debate, as Playboy is not pornographic in my opinion, but Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue might be considered pornographic by some crazed bible thumpers :1orglaugh

You make a good point.....Maybe I will use it and see what happens...I won't put too much work into it just in case...lol...:2 cents:
