Epoch has been a solid group with us for years. I'm all for the little guy getting his wrongs righted by the big guy, but right out of the gate this sounds like the little guy did something wrong and wants to tilt at windmills because he got caught.

teenieflix, WHAT EVER your problem is with Epoch, call them and I'm sure they will listen to your issue. (Ask for Anthony if your rep is busy - he's the man). Epoch is a stand-up company and has been around forever so I'm guessing whatever problem you are having with them may be on your end, not theirs.

MyVirtualCard or Paymonde should be on your list of stand up billing companies
