I need to pay for a recent purchase, I owe somebody $20 , they only accept epassporte. Rather than going through all the verification process (for me at epassporte) How about you pay my purchase with your account.

Well usually people take a fee for transfering PP to Epass, I'd never give someone epass in exchange for PP at 0% fee since almost 80% of all transfers are that way. But I see what ya doing here and if someone need's PP they're all good. Just doesn't happen that often.
