epassporte atm issue
 

is anyone else having an issue withdrawing funds using their epassporte card at atm's?

I have been using my epass card at atm's for approx 5 years and this is the first issue I have had .... it won't allow me to withdraw any amount!

I sent Michael an ICQ but I know he is travelling Asia atm and it's also the weekend ... is there anyone else at epass I can contact?

yeah i had that issue it is a glitch with the atm protection program think

you have to disable and renable and mine started working again

Had this issue too.. Same cure produced the same result.

They have a 300 dollar daily limit to prevent fraud

It only allows me $300 per day now even though in my account it says I should be able to withdraw $600 per day. I used to be able to withdraw $600 with no problems.

GetNaughty - you need to take a special action to allow epass to remove the max cap of 300 (this is a new 300 dollar daily limit to prevent fraud)
But basicly as soon as you OK it you also say that it is your 100% responsibility and epass is not responsible for fraud on your account :(

had the same thing

click on "visa card" on the left and then "atm protection...". then click on "activate personal limits" and for the next 3 hours you can withdraw whatever your personal limit is. after that it's back to $300 per day

It's easy to take that bullshit protection off, you can do it yourself under account settings.

And it is bullshit, because when you enter a larger amount.. it locks your card.

Which is probably what happened in this case.

You gotta opt out of the ATM program

I don't have the ATM card, but isn't the epassporte wallet a protection against ATM scammers as well?
