The Mosquitoes are So Bad Here
I hate them, I had the dogs out and boom I have 8 mosquito bites. I wish there was something that would kill them all.
:disgust |
Raining here today, shouldn't be long now until we have them all over too.
Repellant. Spray your hand, pet your dog. It'll help. |
Misquitoes suck!

I almost forgot about them.Didn't see any this year but the weather will bring them eventually.

Feed the Dogs Garlic during the summer season so they dont get bit nearly as much. They may smell funny for a while but its better than heart worms.
Off has a sunblock bug repellent that you should be able to get in the local wally mart, and that helps when you plan to be out side for a while. Otherwise Go out and make sure there is no standing water. If there is, and its not something that you can dump, pour some Cooking oil in, Just enough to cover the top of the water, and then if you like put in some bealce for good measure. Neither will hurt the environment. Spray the WALLS and DOOR outside your house where they might land. That will also help cut back on them. |

Smoke a cigarette, not sure if that'll help when you're walking, but works when you're sitting in one spot hhaha.

Those aren't mosquitoes, those are flys.
Try some of this https://www.overstockdrugstore.com/p...7000015484.jpg It might even work on your dogs too. |
When I got camping I bring a Mosquito fogger from Raid or whatever they have at Canadian Tire. The shit works.
|
Mosquito bites suck balls! We got loads on vacation last summer...

Maybe try one of those Off clip ons? Something new this year. I haven't tried it, so I can't say one way or the other that it works, but it's worth a try. :)

Same here got eaten alive on the weekend.
|
They are bad here as well... we went camping last weekend and had to give up and come home because the bugs were so bad
|
Just remember that if you want to be outside for a BBQ or whatever plus be blood sucking bug free. Purchase some dry ice and let it sit a little ways from you. Damn cheaper than those propane bug burning machines. If you want to kill the bastards also, just place the dry ice near the bug zapper or in a dish hung right on it. (tiny bit below).
|
yea I hate those little blood suckers
|
Do what we did - move to San Diego. Hardly any mosquitos here :thumbsup
|
Earlier this week the city came around for the first time and sprayed through out the town which has helped. Good thing too because he have had some rain the past few days.
|

MOSQUITOES
CO2 may attract mosquitoes away from animals and people. Place pieces of Dry Ice away from areas where people are congregating. The theory is that mosquitoes find animals and people by their CO2 exhaled during breathing. Melissa Palm reports that dry ice does attract mosquitoes. "I use dry ice in some of my mosquito traps as bait and find that it works rather well." The Clarke Family of Companies of Roselle IL., sells a mosquito trap designed for using Dry Ice. |
Well thanks Justin for pasting someone else's information on what I posted earlier.

you can't be making movement swatting mosquitoes so i use these when i hunt http://www.mosquitorepellent.com/index.asp
works fucking great 100% 2nd choice is to get some army surplus repellent it's 10% deet, where Off and the others are like 3% or something a lot lower. the thermocells work way better tho, i live on the edge of Mosquito Lagoon so i don't think anyone has worse mosquito problem than here... they can get so thick here out in the swamp you can't even breathe without sucking them in |
buy mosquito killer
|
Move to the desert.
I havent been bitten by a mosquito in over 6 years. |
That is pretty bad, they are really annoying
