11 Reasons why thunder-ball.net rules.
1. Trying to find link trades is a lot of work but with thunder-ball you can browse through tons of sites ready to trade with you right now. There's no reason to go out hunting for link trades anymore.
2. There's a ton of people out there that will remove your link after doing link trades. Yes you could setup scripts to track all this which is more work for you. Why bother when you can have thunder-ball check the links for you? Of course this is a paid feature now but it's cheap and any serious webmaster won't have a problem paying for it. 3. Not only is there a ton of websites to do trades with in thunder-ball but it's all sorted in niches. If you have a amateur site then just browse the amateur directory for link trades. If you go out hunting for sites to trade with you'll probably find a lot that don't fit your niche and do you no real good in the end. 4. People can and will send request to make trades with you. Now how often you get link trade request now? My guess is probably none or a few every now and then. 5. Block List, thunder-ball has a block list to stop people from sending you trade request. If they don't know what they are doing just block them and you don't have to hear from them again. 6. Privacy! Don't want google to know you're doing link trades? Well you can add privacy to your thunder-ball account so anyone that's not logged in won't be able to view your sites/profile. Google has been known to remove sites from their SE that do link trades. Having a script that anyone can see and sign up to do link trades with you isn't exactly the smartest idea. 7. Autocode, don't worry about adding links manually anymore. Even if you use a script you're going to have to type in all the info for the link trade you did. But with thunder-ball all you have to do is enter in a simple line of code that will add all link trades to your site. 8. Nothing to install, with thunderball you won't have to install anything on your server. You won't have to worry if that script you just downloaded is secure or will work on your server. 9. Easily view all the trades you've done, it's all there in thunder-ball. You can see what links you sent out and what links you got back, all easily viewable and see the total link trades done. 10. Send other users messages. You won't have to write down every ones detail so you can contact them later. Simply press a button to contact other members. 11. Tools in thunder-ball, you can find a lot of helpful info about other users sites. Such as you can easily find out who has all their sites on the same server/IP in a nice big list. Thunder-Ball.net |

When I looked at the hundreds of requests I'd received through Thunder Ball, very very very very very few of the sites were possible linking partners. There's just no way I can link to some of that crap.

Haha! I am in the middle of the first thousand link trade via TB. However it makes it harder to sync it with my Links Organizer script [-->tips are very welcome!]

I looked around for a bit, saw a lot of crap sites listed. There were quality sites but obviously their owners never came back.
I'll stick to the good old fashioned way :) |
I am having a serious problem there.
When I click on a users login name it takes me to his/her profile page. Here I have the option to email them, block them, etc... But it always logs me out on this page. So it tells me I need to be a member... I am a fucking member and have been for years! Anyone else having this problem? |
good luck weeding through 10,000 shit links and finding 1 half-decent one
|
crappy service :thumbsup

I have 60k unique visitors a day without skim to my blog. I hand feed my blog an organic diet of content that Google loves daily up to 10 updates.
I only trade with people who update their blog daily. |
why would I or anyone wanna trade with blogs that are useless?
Im sure TheSenator can agree with me, that I only trade with people I actually know and deal with, not strangers that will add 100 popups to their blog without warning. You dont want to have to keep checking link trades to see if they are doing anything fishy. Plus your blog roll shouldnt look like a linkdump. Most of the blogs have the same content, the same design, nothing unique. |
Hey cess, thanks for the postive post.

To the system free account usrs are not official members, (as the system relates to them)... Therefore free accounts are not allowed to trade with, or, associate with paid accounts in anyway. |

I looked at the sites for link swap, like 0.0000001% of them are actually decent.
