As StuartD pointed out, it's just Systemax using the Circuit City brand. Someone did the same thing with CompUSA.

Will be interesting to see if the improved customer service aspect is actually addressed and improved as they promise. This was one of the major issues with Circuit City. They dumped all their experienced CS folks in a cost cutting move and replaced them with dimwits. That backfired royally and Best Buy ate them alive.

Circuit City is not coming back. Another company took over CircuitCity.com to run an online store. Their customer service center and stores will stay closed.
