New. I have questions

Hey all! I am new round here. This is my firs post. I have tons and tons of questions but my first question is about avoiding illegal content. How do we make sure we are not liable if one of our sponsors (let say) shot a girl who was under age and her content was posted on our site without us knowing. Or how do we avoid this situation all together? :upsidedow

normally , at the bottom of the site, there will be a disclaimer and assure people that there models are 18+ and have official documents to back it up

So you just basically trust that sponsors that have a disclaimer on there site are abiding by the law. How do you get the records from sponsors?

Welcome to gfy... well, just don't use some unknow shady sponsors and you should be just fine. Most of well-know and trusted sponors care about such things and they got all legal info you need on their websites. Use some disclaimer on the bottom of your website where users will be able to find this kind information and state there that you are not the producer of the content.
