Please indulge me as a Newbie to the board. :)
I am looking to create a site, was originally thinking a Tube site but as I have read it seems that might not be the best site to build. But my first steps are understanding the dos and don't of this industry, what laws I need to make sure I do not violate (obvious Copyright laws, CP etc.) What is a good resource to know what the laws are for the State of Texas, what is the best way to obtain content (if I am not going to produce my own at first). The niche i am looking to cover is female webcam masturbation / girlfriend videos etc. either authenticly shot or made to look so.
I am looking at affilates programs right now as a start but the bottomline is that I am wet behind the ears and completely new to this. So before i go fuck myself, can any of you offer some guideance to help a new guy find his way in this world? Much appreciated in advance.

Welcome.Yeah,the tube sites are fucked for life. My personal suggestion is to start with a bunch of handwritten blogs.They bring the income a little bit easier than others.Good luck with your new project.

Tubes are not fucked .. they are just probably harder to run and potentially more expensive to set up if you are hosting the videos yourself.

The question is what do you want to do?

Do you want to write about 7-10 X 200 word blog posts per week?
Do you want to review, tag and write tittle for videos?
Do you want to create and submit galleries? ... etc.
Also what type of porn sites do you like??

Is a user submission site synonymous with "Tube Site"? How do Tube Site bypass the 18 USC 2257 et seq, or do they?

tube sites and user submission sites are pretty much the same, the USC is responsibility of the 'uploader'
