Needed: Link List Type Script
 

I am looking at doing a link site, and wondering if any new scripts for this have come on the market in the past few years since I looked last?

Specifically I am looking for something that works like this (which may not exist)

1. People wanting links, submit a link (including recip).
2. People can let you know when they update their site(s). **
3. Daily link updates are via CRON job based on site updates.

Note: I am not looking for one of those banner farm things.

** By update, I mean they actually let you know daily, and you form a 'today's updates' list. Not them simply saying they update daily, and you just put it in there description box.

Basically what I am looking to do is have a resource in link site. However, I do not want to do manual html updates daily with the date, and sites. I want the script to handle that.

I know this may not exist as I am describing, and may need programmer to make me a custom script. But it is always best to ask before I have to go the custom route. Any links to example sites, or scripts always appreciated.
