Weird how used to mice and keyboards I get
Somehow I lost a bit to my wireless mouse and now I am having to use a normal wired one until I can get out and get a new wireless one. Amazing to me how burdensome I am finding it to use one with a wire when not all that long ago that was the norm. Same when wheel mice. I simply can't use a non-wheel mouse without feeling like I am doing something wrong with my hands. Yet, I spent years with no wheel.
Anybody else get so used to changes like this that they have trouble going 'back' to how things used to be? |
If I had to use a wired non wheeled mouse I would be out the door for a new wireless right away :) Just like monitors I couldn't work with one any more !

Personally I prefer a (wheeled) wired mouse...
One thing I can't go without on a laptop is double finger scroll.... |
I'd put work on-hold until I bought replacements - rather than go retro.
When you spend countless hours doing graphics, post-editing photoshoots, etc. - the way a mouse and keyboard behaves becomes an integral part of your daily routine. |
