How to get videos listed in google search?
 

Does anyone have any tips on getting videos on websites listed on google search?

Well they are found on the page that links to/displays them.... you need to SEO optimize your video's tags though

But I see mostly video.google.com or youtube videos on google searches. Is it even possible to get flv videos on your own website on google search?

but my videos never seem to come up on search.

I dont know about FLV's but Mpgs and others do. give them Names with keywords and also title tags and Alt tags when you call them in the html of the page.
