He most likely would have been convicted, they could have gotten him on a conspiracy charge but he probably would have been eligible for parole. Doubtful he would have faced life imprisonment.

The thing of it is, I just don't give a shit Fletch. Fact is he was instrumental in what, 5 murders? I forget the exact number, but without him and his influence and his presence it's questionable that those murders would have happened.

Actually death sentences are more expensive that life. And he was actually sentenced to death at his trial. When the SCOTUS banned the death penalty for 8 years all death sentences got commuted to life.
