3rd Party Funds Holder for Transactions?
 

I am in need of a reliable and established 3rd party service that will hold funds transferred from a bank account or Paypal account until an item has been received, at which point funds will be transferred to the other party involved.

I am not quite sure what you would call a service like this and hence have not had much luck finding one. Anyone have any recommendations?
