The only thing drug that was used for injection into the penis was Caverject. And once Viagra was on the market that became a thing of the past. These days with Viagra, Cialis, and Lavitra the Fluffer isn't needed. But they sure did have them back in the 1960's , 70's, and 80's And as was already stated they are using a fluffer on the Fuck A Fan broadcasts.
