PayPal to Moneybookers
 

One of my advertisers have only option to pay me using PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal have some restrictions on Croatians accounts for receiving payments. (which is mine)

I am looking for some exchange service online or a person who can receive PayPal and get me back to Moneybookers or Epassporte. I can pay 5% to 8% fee for the service.

Any info would be appreciated.
