I made an attempt to get some opinions here last night without success, so I decided to change the title and see how it works out with views and replies :)

I am currently working on a tube site (will not be mentioned here publicly). It receives a decent amount of traffic with steady solid growth. It has an alexa closer to 10K at the moment. I am beta testing sponsor uploads where we upload and host the videos, write title/tags/descriptions properly with SEO in mind, provide the traffic, and work out a deal with sponsors.

There are many scenarios which sponsors could profit from this, one way or another. But the question I am faced here is this.... What would be a reasonable and lucrative option for sponsors? other than the fact this would save their BW bills and put it on us since we not using hosted feeds from them.

I am mainly asking the question here, because you, the sponsors are the ones who know what is out there as of now, and what is missing.. I can bring you the missing pieces to the table and improve on the ideas already existing.

Give me some feedback and opinions. It WILL matter :)

This is the standard arrangement between affiliates and program owners. I suggest selling ad space. It will be more profitable for you than sending sales as an affiliate. :2 cents:
