This is very much dependent on state and local law. As obscenity is defined by community standards, it can vary from place to place within any given state. My advice: consult experienced local counsel.

That applies to the US (Miller v California). However, some other national jurisdictions apply blanket rules.

Google is just about impossible to find anything out on.... to much comes up in the searches. Obama say that Obscenity Laws are unconstitutional and should be removed. just wondering if anyone knows the outcome of the ruling in the supreme court for this.
