XBIZ News: Cal/OSHA 'Moving Forward' on HIV Positive Performer Investigation
 

LOS ANGELES ? The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, Cal/OSHA, is mounting a probe of an HIV-positive test of an unnamed adult performer.

"We are moving forward on gathering information to build an investigation," Cal/OSHA spokesperson Dean Fryer told XBIZ. "We don't know who the employer is or who was infected, but as soon as we get that information we can start."

is it true that AIM is currently not testing for Hepatitis?

Yes it is true that AIM does not test for Hepatitis.

When we shoot in the EU, we have to request the 7 panel test which includes the 3 types of Hepatitis and Syphilis.

then the AIM test is worthless, Hepatitis is the much bigger thread :2 cents:

and because of Syphilis we had to stop shooting last year for 3 weeks. and even then there were some fucking assholes who continued shooting cause otherwise they couldn't pay their rent or don't care anyways about the actors.

OSHA needs to put the smack down. This industry us unable to police or regulate itself in any manner, so it's probably best someone with some authority does it for us.

Does it make you wonder why those tests are not mandatory in the USA?

We test for more STDs in fucking Thailand and Cambodia than people do in Los Angeles. Something is just not right about that.
