my usual breakfast is some coffee and a few cigarettes

I have a fruit shake and a bowl cheerios. But today I am having lunch at best portuguese place in Montreal so I been on water and green tea... Must save room for a big lunch ;-)

1 whole egg and 3 egg white omelet with a small potato diced and lightly fried in a non stick pan. 1 cup of coffee with a tablespoon of creamer and a quart of water. :)

No not really, I do it when i'm going to spend a full day with the girl :) Just got to keep the strenght up :D
