new gig? congrats and good luck with it

Iron Fist 06-22-2009 09:46 AM

I would think that if an affiliate could do 200+ sales, they would be opening their own paysite by then...

maybe so, but there are a lot of webmasters that do those #'s and prefer to not own their own pay sites. Less expenses for them. There would be extra expenses owning a pay site that would dip into their profits.

arock10 06-22-2009 10:46 AM

Also, we highly recommend using our white labels for our mobile sites. Our webmasters are doing pretty good with our mobile stuff. As you can see, our Mobile sites are both in the Top Converting and Top Selling sites list.

I'm available all day if you would like to have a white label set up.

Not everyone. Even though I have had plans to open a few, I much prefer not having to deal with anyone just being an affiliate (no customers, no billing, etc).

Yngwie - I have been a long time affiliate and recently planned to start pushing the topbucks sites a lot more. What are the advantages for volume? I prefer rev over pps so if there is any extra incentives there hit me up. Obviously it couldn't be done overnight but with a little work it is definitely possible.

Advantage of higher volume is higher pay.

I know you prefer rev share, but I will mention this anyway.
* $25 per sign-up for 0-9 sign-ups in a pay period
* $30 per sign-up for 10-70 sign-ups in a pay period
* $35 per sign-up for 71-149 sign-ups in a pay period
* $40 per sign-up for 150-349 sign-ups in a pay period
* $42 per sign-up for 350+ sign-ups in a pay period

Now for rev share it states 70%, but if you do very high volumes I'm sure deals can be made. By the way, what's your affiliate ID?

I thought the same until I saw how much I was losing by not promoting myself

You would be thinking wrong. A lot of people that can send that don't want the headache or the overhead of actually running their own site. Also, traffic generation isn't the same as converting it.

Iron Fist 06-23-2009 08:57 AM

Okay I stand corrected already!!! LOL

Really? I make a VERY good living from being an affiliate. I have always wondered if the profits would be that much higher with a pay site where I wouldn't mind taking on the extra tasks. Care to elaborate? :upsidedow

Luscious Media 06-23-2009 09:26 AM

One would assume any affiliate doing over 200 sales a month is already promoting Top Bucks. One could be wrong so...no harm in whale hunting.

Bump for you.

Most of them are already, but I'm sure that there are some that aren't yet. :)

Marketing a product is a beautiful thing... I just sold a web dev and marketing company after 15 years... Very difficult biz.

Marketing a product or service and letting others take care of the thousand things a day that go wrong is not a bad way to live... IMO.

Well, you already have a rep so I don't steal the affiliates of another rep. :) That wouldn't be very professional.

Robbie 06-23-2009 12:15 PM

Hey st0ned, I like your solopimps site. But don't you think it's missing a few solosluts? :)
