The tattoo artist says he doesn't hold any hard feelings and is very happy about the publicity he has received as a result of the story.

It's not his legal responsibility, it's up to his own morals where he draws the line. Different artists have different standards, one of my friends completely bans face and hand tattooing out of his shop.

Face and hand tattooing is a little different than other areas of the body because they are places you can't cover up. There are major lifelong social obstacles one must face who has chosen to do that, it's a pretty big commitment. Common sense tells you a teenager doesn't know what she's getting into.

That being said, she asked for it so she gets what she deserves.

One thing is clear:

Getting 56 tattoos on your face doesn't help your pimples blend in.
