No catch. There is only one link in the footer to the demo page. That's it. Comes with full instructions, all the needed plugins and works great!

It's not a bad thing at all, it's completly normal and google understands it. Just think about wordpress, joomla and drupal. Also how many sites have in footer "Designed by...". It's a natural thing, nothing wrong with it.

people are SO CHEAP nowadays that most of them will remove the footer link...

nobody wants to pay a cent for anything..

Also, insisting too much about your footer link, is against yourself.. it will increase people who remove the sig...

if you dont say anything, a lot won't even notice about it... and wont remove it...

saying too many times "dont remove my sig" will only make more and more people remove it... just stay still if you want to have a little hope about building pr...

a sue is not even a possibility.. if the biggest corporations of the world can't fight their software and movies spread all over the web, then there is nothing an adult studio can do... or a single webmaster working from his home..

thats like asking why some plugins work the same :)

don't worry, it's not the same. Maybe it uses same plugins (ratings and views). But than again this are one of more popular plugins in wordpress. Mine has a youporn.com look and I don't even have the code from Tube Theme. Download and compare before saying anything.

Ya you should make it not use custom fields, its really annoying to enter a url for the image everytime, just write a function to grab it from the attachment
