Why I love Clip Stores

Keep in mind this is now 4, 5, 6th time rerun niche content. Not first release.

1. Open new clip store 06.10.2009.
2. Update one new clip per day (full length).
3. Promote my sites (getting my own traffic to store).

Revenue:
Total # Of Clips Sold: 41
Total Clip Orders: 30
Total Clips Income: $197.59

Traffic:
Total Clip Site UV 4115 (6/10 -6/24)

Yes. I know. It is not GFY millions.

However, it is easy money on off just one of the clip store sites out there on content I already made my money back on first release, and also making money on with membership site(s).

With some decent content, and minimal quality traffic, you can make some easy money.

Clip Store Tutorial can be found in sig. :winkwink:

Nicky 06-24-2009 03:15 PM

That's nice. Nothing better than easy money.

I just heard Knopflers "Money for nothing" on the radio btw lol

Phil 06-24-2009 03:17 PM

Do I need to have my own clips or can i download them off tube sites and have it in my store?

sweetcuties 06-24-2009 03:20 PM

I agree man, c4s is amazing... I haven't updated anything new in 2-3mths and I still make bank :winkwink:

As long as you can show C4S/Clip.com/FetishVideos you have 2257 and releases. Sho nuff.

Hopefully your tube sites come with those docs in a gideongallery time shifted zip file.

:winkwink:

Yep. A clip update per day. Do some cross linking and drive some traffic to your store.

Tada.

I already make my money back on models/content on my first release. These reruns are just gravy. Who cares if it turns out the be $500 per store per niche per month. It is money!

Or as the pitch men of adult like to say, "Don't leave money on the table"...

Actually nig, no.

$197/14 days = $14.07 (assuming an hour of work).

However, for me to do 1 clip per day. It takes me all of 15 minutes to compress, watermark, and upload. So yeah, I'll take my free money for 15 minutes of work per day.

People on these boards make me laugh.

Indeed it is friend. This is only 1/store of the 4 niches I shoot. Simply do not have time right now with other new launches to rerun the other niches (yet) again to milk that content.

But I will.

relax sparky.

please let everyone know what software you use to compress, watermark and upload a *full scene* to c4s in 15 minutes.

also, you mentioned

3. promoting traffic to your store

so that's included in your 15 minutes of fame there, waldo.

fris 06-24-2009 05:24 PM

easy money is the best money.

No problem ace.

Adobe Premiere (compress, and watermark done in one batch action)
CuteFTP for uploading for your pleasure
High speed internet for uploading. So now you can rub one out.

Yeah, promoting my store. I add some links on gallery submits, throw my store link in sig on niche specific forums where I already post by default. I include the url in newsletters I have on other sites, and also add in some cross linking on relevant sites. All passive.

Real time consuming there.

So let me repeat for you...

More barefootsies hooplah to advertise his sig.

Btw, I like your new tactic.. it's smart.

Just get some random news clipping and post it in main to get massive sig views.

Too bad nobody will ever buy that utter garbage.

Good luck bump :2 cents:

so it works out to more like $7 a week

You have to generate your own traffic. Not just rely on Clips4Sales front page 'pop'. That is where a lot of people tend to make a mistake.

Clueless as always. :1orglaugh I was referring to your back to back post trolling. No matter. ...

You keep up the troll war effort on the boards.. Always amusing to see how people with no money, or no lives, amuse themselves.

In the meantime, I'll head be heading off to Cybernet Expo now. That is what people who can afford to go to shows, and actually in this business, do. I have some "noobs" to speak to from the panel I am on.

I love clips4sale too. It took a year of eyeing them skeptically before putting a store up. Now I am really glad that I did. However, my experience in the ease of making money on clips has been very different from yours. My store has been in the number 1 spot for the last several months. It has always been solidly in the top ten. The money is good but I find it to be very time consuming. I've experimented with other stores to find the only way to make the money worth the time is to make it a top priority. From arranging a video shoot to editing to marketing....it takes an enormous amount of time. Perhaps my niche is more time consuming than others. For serious FemDom, clips4sale is great...but certainly not easy, especially if you are producing your own content.

How do you get your store in the top studio section? By adding new clips frequently?

The top selling stores are in the top studio section. Updates are certainly important for selling clips. A store is generally as good as their last update. However, the entire foundation for having a good store is having good content. There isn't any trick or secret to it. Quality of content is essential. I have a strong advantage as a FemDom video producer because I spent over ten years as a full time professional dominatrix. I understand what the FemDom auidence wants, just as I understood my real time clients. Whatever niche a person shoots, it is important to understand the target market and take pride in delivering a high quality product.

Unless a store's clips are unusually high, I do not think price is a huge factor. It is a good idea to keep your prices in line with other stores in your niche.

My thoughts exactly.

I do the daily update for that store while working on my other machine doing submits, or site update, or another group of daily uploads. Even if it took you an hour to do the one clip a day, that is still getting better conversions than a lot of programs out there, and it doesn't cost you anything if you already have the content.

When it runs out, there are other ways to rerun it again and again milking it over and over. Even if it's only $500 a month in clip sales for an hours worth of work, who cares? That is my truck payment, or student loan and another payment, or 2/3 of house payment, or all my ultilities.

Easy money is easy money.

So true. Content is pure gold.

On top of clip stores, I have been trying a few other things that have been successful over the past 30 days. However, I do not have enough data yet to throw up examples.

But clip stores are easy found money.

I don't think Barefootsies content falls under that category.

If I remember right, a few people said that what he was selling in his sig was very easy to steal. In fact, some of those same people even may have suggested that some of his content WAS stolen.

I never did see a clean cut non-manipulated response from those allegations from Barefootsies on the subject, I seem to recall quite a bit of deflection on the matter.

Regardless, doing business with anyone on GFY you should read up on those threads and details and do a bit of fact checking to deduce your own opinion of peoples character and business ethics. :2 cents:

Hmmm. Claiming that my foot fetish and tickling content is stolen eh? Hopefully you have some prove of that.

People should read up indeed.

When they see you basically doing ground hog day weekly like a jaded little school girl in endless threads screaming to the heavens making claims you can't prove trying to ruin people's business. They will see through it. Just like the other non-business threads.

Most business people on this board see through your antics and we laugh about them. Why you continue making yourself look like an idiot stalker is beyond me. However, if you are going to keep making unfounded claims to try and slam me with out proof. I guess that is your call.

Basically it just reinforces you are a nobody with a lot of time to troll, and stalk people you do not like. Anyone with some experience in this business sees through it, and better yet, it does not stop my business dealings. So feel free to bump some more threads with your best trolling efforts.
