yup they are great! I had db issues a few mos ago and it crashed a few times and they figured out what caused it and it hasn't happened since :thumbsup

I had a db crash too and they were on it and very helpful and good communication and got it back up and running :thumbsup

I have a $9.95 per month virtual account with them and their support treats me as if I was on their $4500.00 per month package. I can't deny their great and swift support, I just wish I didn't have to contact them so much. :Oh crap
