since i never bothered to join those lame other ones, i need someone to spam the other webmaster forums. i have no idea what this would cost. just negotiate your price.

Ask mr.right or allformyspace. They spam and troll like none other can do.

Although, skip the last one, he is banned everywhere.

ive had someone that will do it for $3 per announcement on 30 boards. i said yeh right, theres not 30 boards out there to even fucking do that. i told him one dollar
