Mass Crop and Watermark Photos?

Any suggest a "good" cheap or free program? I dont need anything fancy.

http://www.digitaldutch.com/arles/ is what I've used for years and it can do both but i still hand crop everything..

Digital Dutch is great too. but if you already have Photoshop, just create a batch action.
