Maddoff scam = $170 Billions restituted?
 

Ok, I know I am some kind of retarded conservative moron, nevertheless, I was under the impression that Maddoff scammed people out of about $60 billions, so where do they get that he will restitute $170 billions?
Furthermore, if that is the case, why isn't everyone getting their money back?
Maybe, as usual, the Government (Dem or Reps) will take most of the money and leave the victims double fucked?
