Virtual hosting down times are common with all hosts, that's why it's priced so low.

my wa virtual is up.. for all the people that talk shit about webair , i have virtuals with almost every known host on gfy , webair is above average in uptime and above average for support, hosted there for over 5 years, if you have issues , it shouldn't be uptime or support with webair :)

webair have been good, never seen downtime like this before

I'm pretty sure it is available. I think its telephone support that isn't available for virtual clients, but chat should be.
