TD Bank clients, how do you send a wire to Epassporte?

If you're at TD Bank, how do you get your wires to Epass?

I'm in frustraiting situation, I'm trying to setup biz account with Epassporte for past several weeks, finally got to the point of sending initial amount before they open account for me.

Epass gave me wire instructions, I print them out bring it to bank, we send the wire.. In few days it comes back.. no one willing to reimburse the wire fee - no one at fault really but now i have to pay second time.. its not much but why I )

This Epass guy tells me now to send a wire without using Intermiditiary bank, again I print out instructions, go to bank, we send the wire again. Few days later... guess what? - wire comes back again...

This Epass guy tells me couple of times to make fuss in my bank to get them reimburse fee - lol wtf he thinks he is to tell me how to behave and what to do?! - just crazy.

So now he tells me to send a wire for a Third Time and now not to use Intermidiary and Correspondent banks in a wire.

I call my bank ask them if they can send international wire bypassing (feel very shady) Correspondent bank - the answer is No, obviously.

any tips?

Make sure you have the epassporte name on the account, account numbers, name and address correct. It used to be you could have minor mistakes on wires and it would still get through. Now though any little error sends it back.

I sent copies of wire statements to epass both times, first time they told not to use intermidiatery, the second time not to use correspondent.. - so wire info has been checked by me and I assume by them too both times

what they have in my account I don't know - but during contract signing I've sent all correct, double-checked, typed where it was possible, information.

don't know what more I can check

Might have something to do with your account being CDN and sending a wire in USD

I had to open a new USD account with TD in order to get paypal working properly

USD territory

what puts me off their instructions to not use intermid and correspondent institutions, intermid I can understand, but they cannot dictate how my bank sends wires - banking is done in specific strict procedures if they could send wire without correspondent bank, i'm sure they would.
never had problems with wires before - give them provided info and its done.
they decline my wire and don't specify any reason, just instruct to remove something else form wire form and send again.

Ahh okay, you're probably not going to like this but I think I figured out what's going on.

Are the correspondent and Intermiditiary bank both in the US? It's quite possible they are refusing to forward the wire to Epassporte under the gambling/money laundering regulations that were passed.

We send wires to Epass all the time, from our TD USD account. No intermediary or correspondent bank required. Never had any issues...

Been seeing talk about it on another board, Canadian sponsors having trouble funding epassporte.
