Kayden Kross is finally sentenced.
 

Kayden was sentenced on Monday and gets one day in prison and three years probation. The records I have doesn?t say anything about paying restitution or any damages to the family of six who lost their home. I'm working on that and trying to find out.

Kayden was first charged in Superior Court of California with Grand Theft (PC 487 (A) ? Felony) and Real Estate Fraud (CCC1695.3 ? Felony). The Grand Theft felony charge was dismissed while instead she plead no contest to a misdemeanor on the Real Estate Fraud charge.

Just saw at XBiz how they finally covered this story. The only other time they mentioned her case was when she was first indicted a year ago. Scott Fayner interviewed the man who lost his home while Gene Ross interviewed the ex-boyfriend. XBiz never mentioned anything. But Scott and Gene eventually stopped covering her case. I was the only one still on it and wrote every time she was back in her court and her many continuances.

I ran the story on her sentencing this Wednesday. I then posted it on Scott Fayner's site where I contribute. Gene Ross picks up what I wrote at Scott Fayner's site and runs it on ******** on Thursday. XBiz then runs it on Thursday without ever mentioning my name or where they saw it. If they had covered the story continually throughout the year, then there would be no problem and they're just reporting it. But they only ran one other post on her court case.

I would have ran this on Monday but the database hadn't updated her records yet. I was also waiting for her mugshot. I know someone who has a press pass and he told me he would get it for me. He then tells me on Wednesday that it will take 30 days. I said what good is her mugshot to me 30 days from now. So I ran it Wednesday. FUCK YOU XBIZ!

She plead and was only given a one day sentence. That says alot.

The ex-bf, home owner and mortgage broker aren't exactly unbiased by any stretch of the imagination. Fayner and Ross are just reporting a story to get traffic.

She was charged by federal authorities with two felonies. She's the lesser evil and they let her plead down to a misdemeanor on one of the charges because they rather spend their tax dollars on going after the ring leaders.

Home owner lost his home because that whore approached them with her fake smile and faux sincerity. The men involved couldn't pull it off scamming a man and wife with four children without a young pretty blonde to convince them they were there to help them during their crisis.

Scott and Gene should be applauded for going after the story because we wouldn't have known the extent of Kayden's involvement. She was playing the dumb naive innocent cunt role who was taken advantage of. But suddenly became the smartest porn star alive when she got into porn. I hope you never go through what this family did and then to see people defend the bitch who took advantage of your situation. Fuck you! If the stories told by the ex-bf, home owner and mortgage broker were really all that damning the felony charge would not have been dropped and Kayden would have been sentenced to more than just ONE DAY plus probation.

There's another side to this story that has yet to be told. Perhaps now that the case is over we'll finally get to hear it.

It's not, unfortunately. My point being that they're more interested in a compelling story than reporting news. The fact that they are reporting the story doesn't lend it any additional credibility.

I don't think she was a major player in that scheme. Perhaps there were bigger fish associated with her. Maybe she rolled over and cooperated with the feds and gave them info about the head hancho that they needed and she got off easy as a reward. This kinda thing happens all the time. theres a reason her charges got got dropped to a procedural misdemeanor thats all she did wrong, was failed to file some paper work. She isnt even spending a day in prison.

Believe me ghd she really bilked some poor veteran out of his house they'd have put her under the jail...it didn't happen that way. If you knew the details of this "poor veteran" you'd understand.

Short of providing said homeowner with full and complete restitution, somebody should spend a lot of time in jail for this.

lemme ask you this what if the homeowner were facing foreclosure when the property was purcheased from him, because he couldnt/wouldnt hold a job and make the payments.

Then what if he continued to fail to pay the agreed on rent to the person who bought the property to save it from foreclosure and as a result the person who bought the property took a beating and had to let it go back into foreclosure....whould you still say the homeowner got fucked? Even though he pocked 12K from the sale and got a years free rent?
