You have and interesting business concept, BUT if you are going to hold yourself up as an expert in the maintenance requirements of 2257 I would strongly recomend that before you make statements about what the laws are that you make sure you know what the law actually is.

Specifically:

"If the organization is dissolved, the person who was responsible for maintaining the records, as described in §75.6(b), shall continue to maintain the records for a period of five years after dissolution."

We run on PCI-DSS compliant servers which are expensive. However we do offer a Coupon Option for companies which allows them to pass on a 50% savings to their clients/affiliates. Or they can choose the affiliate rev share option.
