Ever had to ship a car somewhere? What company did you use or recommend?
Thanks in advance... :thumbsup

Where is it originating and where is it going? I own an expediting company and I have been planning on expanding into vehicle and truck transfer, and I have a reliable driver that I don't have enough work for that could probably do it...

DAS shipped my new Mercedes from an auto dealer in Maryland to Los Angeles. I paid for the lower lever and they were kind enough to put it on the top level without charging me extra. Their customer service rep thought it was a good idea to avoid some older car leaking fluids on my new S-Class. Very good service.
They also give you updates via the Internet as to where their transport is with your vehicle. |

I had to take two cars off Hawaii to go back to the UK, this week.
I flew them to LAX as it was only moderately more expensive than the shipping, takes 2 days as opposed to weeks (and then having to wait until they tell you they're opening the containers) and you don't have to deal with the fucking unions in Hawaii. Pacific Air Cargo if anyone is every bringing a car across here or taking to the mainland. |
