windows 7 and McAffee
 

I'm on comcast internet service and they offer free McAffee with their service, but it doesn't want to work with windows 7, anyone got this problem?

Is McAffee worth using now (even if its free)? Used to slow stuff down to a crawl when I used it last here.

I've been using Windows 7 for a few months and I must say, it's pretty damn light and stable. Much more so than Vista, that's for sure.

windows isn't the problem, it was the virus software, I got it fixed, I loaded Avast, pretty cool so far

Avast is a good choice. It has served me well over the years and still does
